I have fallen bedind on rent again- will landlord have to go back to court?

I was given a week in court to pay my backed rent and did so. Now 3 months later I am behind again. Will the landlord have to go back to court or can proceed t the sheriff straight off?

Despite your previous non-payment of rent situation, the landlord must still issue a Notice to Quit and give you the opportunity (and 3 days) to "cure" (pay the rent) or surrender the property.
