Can bartenders be hired if they have a criminal record in the state of Texas?
I have a Class C Misdemeanor and I'm thinking about getting a bartending license; But I need to know if bartenders can have criminal records.

There are no criminal history requirements to get certified by TABC to be a bartender. Here's a link to their site with information about seller training.
