Is it better to use a real estate broker or an attorney?
I'm paying cash for a house and do not have a real estate agent. Would a lawyer be sufficient for buying a house or a broker?

You don't need a real estate agent at all if you already found the property you want to buy. A real estate attorney and a title company can close on the purchase for you without paying the real estate brokerage commission. You can find a qualified attorney here.
