Where do i get the forms if I want to go for full custody of my child?

I was never married to the father, he is in and out of jail, rehab, and halfway houses. I can't currently afford an attorney because I'm taking care of my child on my own. Anything you know would be extremely helpful. Thank You Katie

As Attorney Feuerstein indicated, you can find the forms to establish paternity on line. If you were never married to the father, he currently has no rights. If he wanted to assert any rights he might have he will have to file a Petition to Establish Paternity. Use of an attorney is recommended. Good luck. Sincerely, B. Elaine Jones, Esq.

My colleagues are correct. If paternity was never legally established you are their only legal parent and, therefore, have "full custody".
