I'm petitioning a relative. I got confused when doing Affidavit of Support, which from I shall use I-864 or I-864EZ?

Hi, you can use 864-EZ if you are sponsoring only one relative, your income is sufficient to support, and you can submit a W-2. Otherwise, you need to use 864.

You can use I-864EZ if you are the petitioner (you are) and your income is sufficient as per Form I-864P.

No need to get confused. read the instructions to the EZ forms. Whenever the situation conforms to those described there, the form is yours, in all other situations, use I864.
