Withdrawing f-1 Reinstatement case after getting RFE

I applied for F-1 reinstatement and got an RFE now. Is it possible to withdraw my case now and go to my home country for reinstatement. I mean travel outside country for re-instatement.

No. It is possible to withdraw and go to your home country for a new visa. Whether that one would be issued depends on the facts not posted in your set of facts.
The U.S. consulate will not re-instate your F-1 but will consider another application for the F-1 visa. Before you depart the U.S. I urge you to visit with a qualified immigration attorney to review your case and the RFE.
I agree. If you withdraw your case, then you will be out of status and may be deemed an overstay. Whether you get a non-immigrant visa depends upon consular discretion and the facts. Good luck.
