Is this grounds to have my ticket dismissed?

Over the summer I received a speeding ticket of $215 + $137 = $352 Dollars. I have contested my ticket and just received my notice of trial. But on the notice it says my fine amounts are $215.01 and $370.

Unfortunately, this would not be grounds for a dismissal. It likely is an error by the clerks office or the officer who wrote the ticket. While this wouldn't be a reason for dismissal, it clearly would be worth bringing up at your hearing and should be reduced to that amount allowed by the statute.
