Transcrpits ?

She took my son again, a recurring thing with her. Ignored me for 7 weeks even though order said otherwise. Kid suddenly does bad at school. (duh) I file again stating she took my son prematurely and denied visitation and phone time. After 3 months of no progress, I booked travel to see my kid and filed, even though his mom was saying no. as to the degree of alienation in this case... extreme . The court once knew it. I can't figure out why the last judge was not used. The courts have always gone favorably until now. Judge said I was a bad dad because I said no to counseling to his mom for ADD ! Im not kidding. I have the transcripts.

There is no legal question here. You must follow the court ordered parenting plan. If you feel it is unfair, you can file a motion to modify. If your ex is in violation of the order, she is in contempt. Sit down with a local family law attorney to discuss in detail if you feel your rights are being violated.
