I was hit by a truck while i waiting to turn onto the highway.a suv was driving with no lights on and the truck turned in front of the suv.the suv hit the truck which crashed into me.I do have few doc bills.neither the truck or suv insurance wants to claim fault.the trucks ins did tow my car and give me claim number but now is saying not there fault.
