Content Omitted from Meeting Minutes

HOA board and property management company which manages the HOA, intentionally omitted part of content from all HOA members meeting. This omitted content includes list of complaints by one of HOA members and voiting whether to retain this property management company. My understanding is that this is called tampering with documents. Am I correct and are they obligated to correct this documents at my request?

Based on your concerns and the fact-driven nature of your enquiry, you should consult with an HOA attorney in your area. Guidance depends on seeing documents and asking you some questions, among other things. You raise serious concerns with long term implication and potential financial liability. Invest in a proper review of the matter.
