Can you get a probation violation if you fail a drug test for having done a drug before being put onto probation?
For example, if one had done a drug a couple weeks before starting probation, and failed the initial drug test.

Asking three times won't change the answers.
No. Conduct AFTER you're placed on probation would violate you. If you test clean at some point and then test dirty, then you've violated.
