How much time will I do for a 2nd. violation on the steps program..

What is the underlying charge? How long of a tail do you have? Is there any mitigating factors/a reason for the violation? There is too many factors for anyone here to make a guess - these are very fact specific hearings. Since you are in the program, I know you have an attorney - contact that attorney and sit down to discuss this BEFORE you get to court. You should work out a strategy of how to beat argue your case.
