Need to file for custody/guardian before adj. delinquent hearing. Can mother file herself? How? Son in detention after d-hearing

I had custody. Moved temporarily with non-biological father(Mexican immigrant awaiting possession charges) and parents. During which I have been violated of my Fourth and Fourteenth rights and parent alienation. I never relinquished my parental custody nor has any order been petitioned against me or given to non-biological father. Though I continue to be deprived to speak at proceedings due to plaintiff's saying non- biological father is guardian. Feel like I am being retaliated against because of concerns and questions arising in misconduct with officials and standing for civil violations

Generally any kinship caregiver may file for a temporary or a permanent kinship guardianship, so long as one of the parents is unwilling or unable to take care of the minor child. There are other ways to qualify for a kinship guardianship, but without knowing more about your case, I wouldn't be able to further advise. You can always set up a consult to gather more information.
