Canadian Immigration - Skilled Worker Category (Express Entry)
Anonymous3 views4 answers
I work on H1-B in digital marketing in New York and am a citizen of Pakistan. I've been admitted to attend business school in Toronto, Canada next August. I am thinking of applying in Express Entry category for PR.
How long does the process take from the time I complete online form to getting a PR card?
If I apply Express Entry, and don't get PR before August, would I still be granted a student visa?
What would be your suggestion given the timeline?

Unfortunately, most attorneys appearing on .com practice immigration law to the United States, and not to other countries. Thus, this question is better placed before an attorney well versed in Canadian immigration law. A simple search of Canadian immigration attorneys in the Toronto area should reveal a larger number of qualified attorneys who can assist you. I would recommend you consult with a Canadian attorney rather than attempting to apply on your own.
This forum addresses questions regarding Canadian immigration law. I would recommend you consult an attorney licensed to practice law in Canada or the Canadian Consulate.
