detective called me today and i answered him about bad checks, that i know this money was deposited on my account, but in reality this money doesn't belongs to me and i want to return, he asked come to police department and bring cash or check, what will happen if ill go to that detective office, bring the same amount that was cashed on my account via mobile, will i be arrested?

You should consult a criminal attorney as soon as possible. There are many here on Yelp that will offer a free consultation. If you can't afford an attorney and are in fact arrested - you have the right to an attorney. Ask for one as soon as possible.
