Can i Come back to US with my new petition which is not mentioned in the VISA

My L1 A Visa and I94 expires on December 2017, my i797 expired on august, which is mentioned in Visa. My company got new petition. I am planning to go to india for vacation. When i come back after vacation, is there is any problem in POE. Please clarify

That should be fine. If not accurate,the visa can be annotated at the POE to reflect the new Petition ending date.

Your L1A is valid till 2017 so you shouldn't have any problems when you come in. All the best.

The visa approval dates are important at the POE. If your I-94 and visa are valid (and just double check that it is a multiple entry visa) you will have no problem. Bring proof that you have maintained L-1 employment to be safe.
