I 290 B Motion to reopen a denied I485

Im sorry if I asked this before, I will correct and change a bit the question. I would like to thank in advance for all excellent answers I always get thru this website... I would like to know if I can renew my EAD card ( (I765 + I-131) work permit and advance parole a I have this card and used it in the past to travel to Mexico for a work trip . I just got my EAD (WP only) with My I-485 denied and my I290b pending ( Motion to reconsider) IS this a USCIS error? or we are entitled to these documents wile ( I290b) is pending??? Im kind of confused IF by law we all have the right to appeal , I think the case is not 100% denied , if not why I got the New EAD ?? ICE said if I use this card they check the I290B still in process in their system to allow entry. thanks !
