Can my landlord evict me without notice?

My ex roommate has been evicted. I moved out before the process and my name was not on the notice.my landlord allowed me to stay in her vacant apartment until the process was done and the roof & ceiling damages were fixed.the damages hasn't been completely fixed and the eviction has been completed .i have keys to my current vacancy and to old apartment
