On 10/16 the car in back of me was rear ended by a light truck, nothing happened to my car but I remained in the scene

The lady in the car was a teacher in my school. Her car was totaled. Mine had no damage. The police gave me a ticket, he said I was too slow. I paid the ticket. The teacher said I should fight, it was not my fault. I received a report of accident from Western National Mutual asking all kinds of questions. I dont know any answer, nothing happened to my car.
Thank you for submitting your question. With all due respect it's not clear what exactly you are asking. If you would like to pose a specific question, the attorneys who answer these questions would be better able to help you.
It seems maybe that you're concerned about how to answer the questions in the report you received from Western National Mutual. I would suggest that you speak with a local attorney, bringing those questions to review, otherwise, if you could pose more information, we would be happy to help.
One thing to note here, it is possible that the insurance company of the driver who hit the teacher in the car behind you is trying to determine whether they can point to something that you did (i.e. driving too slow) and use that as their defense against paying out for a claim by the teacher for her car or any injuries which she may have sustained.
If the insurance company that sent you the questionnaire is your insurance company, you need to try & answer the questions. If not, report the incident to your insurer & let them handle it. That's what you pay them for.

I don't understand how you got a ticket if the lady/driver behind you was rear ended by the third vehicle. It seems to be it was the 3rd driver's fault. 1. You should hire a traffic lawyer to contest the ticket; 2. You do need to report the accident to your insurance carrier and reasonably cooperate in their investigation. If you are concerned with what they are asking you, consider hiring a lawyer to help you.
