What can I legally do about my bipolar psycho neighbor that keeps threatening me
when my neighbor saw us ssurveying the property she came to property line cussing me and threatening to hurt me. She picked up a child's toy plastic truck and hit me, drawing blood, a 66 yr old and her being 46.She threatened to hurt me. I was on my property not bothering her but she continued to harass me.Now they are turning the loud music on trying to harass us every night right on the property line.in the shed. They intentionally do everything they can to harass and aggravate me and my husband. She snuck on our property late one night and took a stick and busted our motion light out. She was criminally trasspassing on our property. What can I do because I know if I go to swear out a warrant it will get worse. I am terrified of her.
