Can I terminate lease bc of PTSD after 6 months of begging landlord to quiet my excessively loud upstairs neighbors?

My upstairs neighbors party til 4am from Wed-Sun since they moved in May. I have severe PTSD-the loud pounding/yelling/music/screaming triggers horrible panic attacks, etc. I'm on hyper-alert constantly. I can't sleep/eat. Job performance/parenting/health is suffering. I have suicidal thoughts. It's well-documented w/DR and therapist. Met w/landlord- spoken to her 1000 times of it- she just calls our daily activities into question, like that I vacuum before noon and my son runs around a lot during the day, and we make noise when I home-school him. Says nothing she can do, though I've video evidence & police records of them breaking lease & city code. I don't have much money. Is there anything I can do legally and/or terminate my lease w/o leaving my deposit? So desperate! Please help.

You may want to try the Veterans Legal Clinic at S.U. Law School. They may be able to find an attorney who would be willing to handle your case. Also, repost your question under landlord & tenant law.
