My father died without a will I am his only son, my mother falsely filled out the death certificate and donated cars without me

She donated cars, that the dmv said needed my signature she sold guns that my father inherited, and sold all his personal separate belongings. Now she said I have no right to the house, again he sided with out a will and I am his only son, a jr at that. He also told several people he had a life insurance policy that I was the beneficiary to ,and my mom works full time gets all his social security, and works for cSh on the side, committing fraud, my mother said he had no life insurance policy but all of a sudden sold my truck and my dads jeep and bought a new car ,she did this through donation I never got paid ,and now I can't even get to work and she bought a new car , I think she is committing insurance fraud. What do I need to do?

If he died without a will his property goes to his children but his surviving spouse has a usufruct over his property. A usufruct means she can use the property. If the property is money, she can spend it. If it is vehicles, she can use them, though she should not be able to dispose of them without your signature unless they were titled in her name. The insurance benefits go to the beneficiary. If she was the beneficiary they go to her and do not go to his estate. You can consult an attorney to determine what other rights you have.
Your facts do not match up to reality. Your mother cannot falsify a death certificate. It is usually issued by the State through the funeral home. I agree with Ms. Coleman. She is entitled to social security checks from the government because she qualifies. Half of the community property is hers and the other one/half that would be your father's portion is subject to a usufruct since there is no will. You will have to seek out a lawyer in your area. Good luck!
