I was in accident in march of 2008, I was driving my aunts car and I just found out my license has been suspended. The DMV told me that I to get sr22 insurance and pay 70.00 to get my license back and I also have to make some type of agreement with the insurance company to pay them in order for me to get my license back. but as of right now I have no income.so how can I get my license back.please give me some type of advice that will help me.
