a while back i got a letter from social security saying i was overpaid because i had a part time job but i was never told that i had to report that and i thought i could work part time because my old employer said i could work and still receive my benefits at the same time so i want to fill out a waiver but its really hard for me to fill out because i have some learning disability's so i just need some help filling out the papers and i have the forms and all my statements and receipts.

I agree with Ms. Kelly. Most attorneys do not get involved in such matters but the free legal aid most likely will.
