Abandonment issue in home health care

Business 2 views 1 answers
am a registered nurse working with a home health business in NC. I accepted a job in July of this year to be a Baylor nurse. (I only worked on weekends) I was susposed to have a 12 week orientation but because they really needed a Baylor nurse my orientation was shortened by 6 weeks. I worked under enormous pressure for 3 months and finally I decided that the stress was to much and I quit. I did call the supervisor and imformed her that the assignment was "undoable" in two days. She was angry but said fine, I guess I will have to do your assignment this weekend. I now hear from other nurses remaining at that job that the supervisor is "hinting" that that could be considered abandonment on my part. Is this true?
