Waiver of inadmissibility.

I am a citizen of Hungary. I tried to enter the US under the Visa Waiver program but I was denied the entry because according to the Immigration Officer I overstayed my visa before. I was denied under the Section 217. R10005 of INA. The border control officer told me that there is a special form to file in order to enter the US again. What is the form I have to submit? I am looking for Russian speaking attorney to help me out with my case.

First of all, the officer cannot give you legal advice so I would recommend that you schedule a consultation with an immigration lawyer as soon as possible. It is hard to answer your question based on the limited facts you have provided. I need more facts-dates of prior entries, departures, etc.

I agree with my colleague. Contact a US immigration attorney and provide copies of all the documentation to determine what happened and what waiver eligibility exists.
