Who regulates these idiot cell phone companies and their poor service, fraud and the lies they tell customers?
NexTech has turned over to an attorney the debt I have for a phone I never had good service with. They shut me off in Dec 2014 and I'm still paying for it in April 2015. Since the attorney has taken on this collection, what accountability does NexTech have to admitting any wrong? I just had a mediation with the attorney and judge which went only one way, not in my favor because the attorney refused to work with me and all he will say is that his client wants this or that. His client is out of the picture at this point. How much say does He have over his client on what they would be willing to take in this case. Either NexTech is still involved or they are not. It can't be both ways. What are my rights in paying down the debt that I do owe with out being taken to the cleaners on this?
