Still waiting for an answer after second marriage interview?My attorney told me that similar cases are taking longer than usual this year. Have not heard from USCIS since our last interview on June 3rd .On their website site says under review .Me and my wife are still currently married ,almost 3 years now .Whats your thoughts on that? Thanks in advance.
Honestly, if you are both still happily married then USCIS are not in the business of changing that. Eventually you will sort this out. You have an attorney, and presumably your problems are because of unusual issues in the marriage. Be patient.
Do you mean it is a second marriage? Second interview on the same I-485/I-130? Or an interview on your I-751 removal of condition? If you are eligible for citizenship, perhaps that would solve your issue.
