You do need to talk with a lawyer. You probably can't naturalize yet as you are likely still on probation for the DUI. But you also want to check whether the 2003 felony might make you deportable.

Please seek counsel with an experienced immigration attorney who understands the impact of criminal issues and naturalization. Good luck.

Talk to an attorney. Filing an application for naturalization could have very negative consequences depending on what your conviction was for. Best of luck.

You must wait to naturalize because of the DUI. You need to check whether the 2003 felony makes you subject to deportation.
