What can I do if my landlord hasn't fixed my fuse in my apartment it has left me with only 1 working outlet & 1 working light?

On Nov.12th I informed my landlord for the first time that my outlets & other lights weren't working in my studio apartment since then I have informed him a total of 6 days of follow ups since then. Do I withhold partial or all of my up coming rent on Dec. 5th? I fill that it is dangerous the living conditions because I have my frigerator & my air conditioning plugged into 1 plug. I have notified the landlord about that since day one he keeps telling me he will fix it,but has yet to inform he that he is doing anything about it.

It sounds like you may have a case for constructive eviction, meaning your landlord has breached the lease by leaving the apartment at least partially uninhabitable. You might be able to call an electrician and send the landlord the bill, withhold the costs of repair from you rent, or simply move out and still claim some compensation from the landlord. However, a lawyer would need to review your lease agreement and find out more details to give you advice you could truly rely on.
