If a landlord wants to rent to you, yes.

If you are being evicted for failure to pay rent, you can present evidence to the court that the rent was paid, and you cannot be evicted if the court believes you. or if you pay the rent before the trial. However, there are exceptions to this rule, such as whether or not your lease was properly terminated in the meantime and you are also being evicted because the term of the lease is up. You should talk to an attorney who does landlord/tenant work, or you can call Legal Services to see if you qualify for their help.
