There are several questions that an immigration attorney would have before advising on how to proceed on how to terminate removal proceedings. Including some jurisdictional questions on whether the USCIS or Immigration Court had the authority to grant the removal of conditions. It would be important to bring to a consultation all of the Receipt Notices and Notices of Action from the USCIS and any Notice to Appear or Notice of Hearing from Immigration Court.
