Can I have legal custody of our children together since she fled the state to keep myself from them from a lie?
I have a issue with the possibility of custody with my ex, which were not married but raise our daughters together. And our first case she lied in court regarding a domestic violence and never was a trial. Just our lawyers with the judge made a settlement. As she got child support and physical because our daughter. Was breast feeding and I had visitation this was in N.Y. and we agreed the strain of the matter and came to together for our daughter. And lived together then decided a move to Phoenix with two daughters now for a better life as it was difficult after almost eight months she fled to Florida and filed false allegations again. Just to keep myself from our children development. And taking them from a good home and cause seperation anxiety with our children currently. Which I haven't seen them in almost three months. And have court this January, and there was no custody orders for our second daughter.
