How long my wife can stay in USA, her visa was expired on sep 30th 2015. I applied her H4 extension(I have valid visa till 2018)
H4 Extension is pending from more than 5 Months.

Your wife can stay for at most 240 days beyond the I-94 expiration date not the visa expiry date provided the H-4 extension was submitted when she was un valid NIV status. If the extension was properly filed, your wife is now in a "period of stay authorized by the Attorney General" (i.e. period of authorized stay).
