N600 Part 2 question 16 C - Current immigration status. I am Confused.

2 views 2 answers
I am applying for N600. I have a N400 denial letter from USCIS that says I am already a US Citizen and not a permanent resident. But I don't have any proof of my citizenship yet. That's why I'm applying for N600. Should I check “permanent resident” or check others and put US Citizen?

Your current status is that of a permanent resident applying for verfication of your citizenship status.
