I am a permanent resident through marriage to a US citizen, I was about to apply for Naturalization this week, and I got laid off.
Thank you for your time and attention!

You may apply for any benefits that allow LPRs to participate. You may not receive any benefits reserved for USC. You may apply for naturalization, job status is not a factor. Contact a US immigration attorney for all of these and to discuss your move and the timing of the application.

Unemployment is your right. You may apply for its benefits, since both you and your employer already contributed to its fund without fearing any negative effects (or any effect at all) as far as your eligibility for naturalization is concerned.
Applying for unemployment will not have any effect on your naturalization application. If you move after the application is filed you will have to go online and notify USCIS of your move, and that you have a pending application.
