Copy of my husband's G325a (petitioner) missing. Is that a problem for our GC interview

I have an upcoming marriage based Green Card interview. I submitted all the necessary documents and made copies of them before submitting (along with my husband's G-325a). I just realized that I forgot to make a copy of my husband's G-325a for our records. Is that going to be a problem, since the interview notice mentions to bring copies of all the forms and supporting documents?

No, don't worry, you will not have to bring a copy of your husband's G-325 to the interview (nor or any other Forms you two filed), since USCIS will already have copies of all these (you'll see them during the interview), as well as the fact that you misunderstood the USCIS Notice, that's not what they are asking you to bring to the interview - only any work permit or advance parole travel doc. if issued one.

I agree with my colleague. That should not be an issue, USCIS will have the original.

No that is not a necessity for your interview.
