You still need to exchange disclosure. Read 11, 12 and 13 on the FL 800. You have to have an agreement too which you will attach to the FL 825. t

Do you mean Summary Dissolution? If you need help and dont' want to hire an attorney, then suggest you seek help at the self help office at the courthouse.
