I got a ORDER for civil action law mercer county PA saying a case management conference will be on such and such a date time and courtroom. regarding an old credit card bill i can not afford , says counsel are required to present in writing a summery according to a local rule of procedure L317 C(1) also says this can be done by phone and is signed by a judge. I know it is not criminal to not pay this but what should i do with this "order" signed by a judge i was told a bit back to just ignore anything further from the collection agency i have nothing they can take (an 11 year old car, tv, is about it and car isn't worth but half of what they are seeking) and i am on disability is why i can not pay this back. any and all help is appreciated.

The suggestion to ignore all from the collection agency does not mean you can ignore a Court Order. In my view, you will make things worse ( and more expensive like attorney fees ) if you ignore a Court and require your opponent to enforce the order. I have seen judges enter a body attachment order (civil arrest) for failure to appear in court prepared at the designated place and time.
