Are there any real estate attorneys that can handle a double closing?

I am placing a single family property under contract. I will be selling the contract to a broker. It would be easy for me to assign the contract to the broker, but I wish to avoid any negative emotions from the seller and the broker which could arise if they happen to see how much I am getting the contract for and how much I wish to sell the contract for. I would rather simply go through with a double close, this way every one remains happy and the deal runs smooth. I am willing to pay the fees involved with the double closing.

Not quite sure what you mean by double closing on one single property. It appears you are an agent that wants to collect two fees on one piece of property.

There are many attorneys who can help you with this, however, we are not allowed to solicit business on this site. Use the find a lawyer tab and contact real estate attorneys to find one who would be willing to take this on.

What do you mean by "selling" the contract to the broker? If you mean something other than an assignment, what then?

It sounds like you want to flip the property - buy it from X, and then sell it to Y for more money. This is not a complicated issue, and any lawyer with a basic knowledge of real estate law should be able to handle it for you.
