I am Uber driver. The citation is regarding of TRANSPORTATION FOR HIRE VIOLATION. The problem with this Citation is the issued date. The citation shows 05/16/2015 instead of 12/16/2015. The issued date is incorrect . The violation date was 12/16/2015 not 05/16/2015. I started driving with Uber in November 2015

Easiest to fight these things through a traffic ticket attorney. Usually about the same cost as the ticket.

Robert is absolutely correct, just pass it off to a ticket attorney and let them handle it. That is what I do when I get a ticket in a big city.

The wrong issue date on the citation doesn't automatically invalidate the citation. A complaint will be prepared and filed with the court, alleging the offense which will also include the date and location of the offense. If the mistake is carried through on the complaint, you've got a shot. Get a lawyer, have him look at the complaint and go from there.
