How can I get phone calls and visitation with my daughter? I have terminal cancer and had to relocate from Palm Springs California to St Louis Missouri area to participate in experimental treatments that have stopped the cancer progression. I can not travel due to illness. My daughters father has been fighting me and stopped her visitation.
