Can my ex claim any royalties from the patents after we divorce?
I earned several patents while married. Now I am getting divorced. The patents are not considered worth much now, but experts say they might become worth a lot in a few years.

You state that you are now getting divorced, therefore you are not divorced at this time. You must make sure the judgment awards you the patents and the rights to future profits.
