Hi, I am living in Benton County, Kansas City area. Last week, I have suspended my driving license and got a speeding ticket due to rash driving. This is my first speeding ticket. What is the best way to resolve this problem? Is it a right Decision to go court to fight for a ticket and driving license.

Well, I am not sure how you can suspend your own driving license. A drivers license is a privilege people commonly like to keep. If you drove after you suspended your license then you should hire an attorney to help you undo what you did and maybe get the ticket dismissed if you can reinstate your driving privilege. Good Luck

Hire an experienced traffic ticket attorney who regularly appears in the courthouse at issue to first talk to. Describe the facts of the case - maybe he says you should not fight it. If he says you can fight it and have a chance to win, hire him or her to appear for you.

It's not clear where this ticket was issued. San Diego or Kansas? Either way, there's no harm in fighting it.

Where did you get your ticket. You should retain a traffic ticket for that court and fight ticket

Before you decide to fight the ticket you should check with the prosecutor's office to see if they offer a driving school or class. In some jurisdictions a traffic matter can be handled by going to the class and after completing the course ( usually about 4 hours ) you pay a fine and the ticket is dismissed.
