My original Green card was filed by Company 1, I changed to Company 2 after 180 days , filed an AC21 , then I changed job after working for Company 2 for about 22 months , When I started working with Company 3 after quitting company 2 I filed an AC 21 as well , I got another full time position while working with Company 3 locally joined about a month ago , right now I'm working full time with Company 3 and Company 4 . I've not filed AC21 with Company 4 yet , they are ready to file it if it is necessary. Please let me know if it is legal to continue with Two full time positions while on EAD EB2 , with two companies and get two W2s ? DO I need to file AC21 for Company 4 as well ?

No worries, now that you are pending for I-485 AOS and have obtained an EAD, you can concurrently hold as many jobs as you wish (and can physically withstand), as long as at least one of them is in the "same or similar" field as the job under which your (latest?) I-140 immigrant petition was approved on. There is no need for "Co. 4 to file another H-1B petition on your behalf, and/or, God forbid, I-140 petition. Happy new year!

I agree with my collegue. You should also inform the attorney handling the I-140 petition of any new employment.
