well i was at a gas station getting gas n a cop tells me to put my hands on the ride when i get done filling the gas can as i did the cop says a name n i didnt look up in he started to get mad because he gradded my jacket in shoved me against my ride in handcuffs me n puts me into his ride but he didnt read me my miranda rights to me in didnt give me my ticket or what ever else he was suspose to do as a cop in im going to court on the 18th of this month for them takeing me in front of a video cam without a judge present and made me waiver my right to get extraditied because of child support

It sounds like your boyfriend was arrested for a child support writ or warrant, you say extradited, but I am not aware that a child support civil writ would be an extraditable offense. You should seek a family lawyer in ND if it is a family law matter, however, a criminal defense attorney would also be able to handle this type of case also. As far the charge against you, it sounds like you will need a criminal defense attorney as you may be have been charged with a crime concerning the arrest of your boyfriend.
