Will I be charged or my mom, and how bad?

My car got repossessed its in my mom's name though. The dealership owner is the one that repossessed the car and he went through it and found a pipe, a roach (really small joint), and they found a grinder that was in my purse. They said when we go to get my stuff they're going to notify the police its standard procedure. Will I be charged or will my mom? And is it legal for them to go through the car?
