The job requires at least a Master Degree and I am holding a Master Degree of Science in Nursing. I am a Japanese currently living in Japan. EB2 is current in my nationality. Labor certificate is not needed since it is under Schedule A. I'd like to apply for I-140 and I-485. I am looking for an attorney who has experience with petitioning Green Card for Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN). Thank you.

I agree with my colleague. Use the find-a-lawyer program or find an attorney at www.aila.org.

If you have a petitioning sponsor hospital who is offering you a position and willing to process this, then directly contact immigration law attorneys with your resume and background info for feedback and detailed options. Since you are in Japan, you will first process I-140 petition; upon approval, this case will be transferred to the National Visa Center for further immigrant visa processing.
