Do I have a case against the contractor and the company who hire him?

I recently had work done in my home as a result the work has to be redone and I now have mold and mildew in two of my back bedroom where everyone involved is passing the bulk. I was told I can stay there but I have been suffering with headache tremendously. is there any legal action an attorney can help me with?

It is entirely possible that you have significant claims against the contractor and the company. You definitely should consult a lawyer. But first things first - get out of the house! Mold can be very toxic and is nothing to play around with or take lightly.
