I have a teenager who got kicked off the cheer team after i paid 500 . The problem is her first period teacher who is a first yr teacher complained about her and got her removed but my daughter got two President awards was the captain in junior high all her other teacher like her and she still performs for the schools other programs

I just have no idea what you would sue them for. Schools have tremendous discretion when it comes to deciding who may participate in extracurricular activities. I'm sorry, but what you're thinking about doing sounds like a very bad idea.
